About

I am a PhD Candidate at the Complutense University of Madrid whose research focuses on the history and philosophical foundations of standard quantum logics. My research explores the relationship between logic and physics, with particular attention to the ontological and epistemological consequences of that relationship.

In my PhD dissertation, I use quantum logics as a limiting case through which to investigate the connection between logic and physics. I develop a philosophical interpretation of what I call the sui generis properties of quantum logics and, in collaboration with M. Suárez, a three-layer epistemological model that distinguishes among logic as ontology; theory-internal inferences; and empirical data. On this basis, I recover a qualified form of Putnam’s empiricism while rejecting global logical revisionism.

Among other things, this website contains a selection of my publications, teaching experience, as well as a sentence explaining what this website contains.
